By purchasing a Custom Domain subscription you (the “Client") willingly enter into this agreement with New Flight, LLC dba Turn 2 Creative, located at 43824 W Paul Lake Dr, Perham, MN 56573, (the “Agency”). In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this agreement, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Agency will purchase, register, and configure a domain (the "Business Domain") on behalf of Client. Client will be registered as the Owner; Agency will be registered as the Technical Contact.

In exchange for these services, Client will pay Agency a fee of $45 every year until this agreement is canceled. This fee is not refundable.

This agreement may be canceled by Client at any time, at no additional cost, with or without the consent of Agency, via Client’s account at turn2creative.com.

This agreement may be canceled by Agency at any time, with or without the consent of Client, by providing (30) days advance notice to Client via mail, email, or text message.  During the 30-day notice period, Client may assume registration of the Business Domain by providing to Agency written notice of Client's account credentials on a compatible hosting platform. Upon receipt, Agency will transfer the Business Domain to Client's account within five business days.

If this agreement is canceled, Client will not be liable for future annual fees, and Agency may immediately unregister the Business Domain completely and forever, and cease providing services to Client.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Agency harmless, directly or on account of employees, affiliates or assigns, for any expenses related to cancellation, termination, transition, replacement, loss of anticipated profit, interest on claims, or any other costs or expenses arising from the setup, management, configuration, cancellation, or termination of the Business Domain or this agreement.

Any amendments to this agreement must be approved in writing by both parties.
